A salon website builder that works with your booking tool
A salon website builder that rebuilds your site with service, stylist and location pages, embeds the booking tool you already use and keeps it current.
Firetend builds a salon's website from the site it already has, hosts it, and keeps it current with a content agent that writes the pages people search for, such as a balayage or gel nails page for your area. One thing to know first: Firetend has no booking system of its own. It embeds the one your salon already uses, such as Calendly, Acuity or SimplyBook, on any page you like. If you don't have a booking tool yet, you'll need one alongside Firetend.
What a salon's site needs, and what Firetend does
People look for a service near them, check prices, stylists and what others say, and then want to book in a couple of taps.
| What the salon needs | What Firetend does |
|---|---|
| Online booking | Embeds your booking calendar (Calendly, Acuity, SimplyBook and the like) on any page |
| A page for each service | Service pages with a summary, "price from" and duration (figures you give it), FAQ and the salons that offer it |
| A page for each salon | Location pages with address, phone, its own WhatsApp number if it has one, opening hours, map and FAQ |
| Stylist and therapist profiles | Team pages, marked up for search engines as people at your salon |
| The reviews you already have | Moved over from your current site; the agent never rewrites testimonials |
| Clients who message instead of call | A WhatsApp button on every page and beside your phone number |
| Questions, group and bridal enquiries | Forms with an Inbox and email, spam filtered; visitors can carry on in WhatsApp |
| Being found nearby | Structured data for the salon, each location (address, hours, services), each service and team member |
| Clients in other languages | Up to three other languages, every page translated, each at its own address |
The booking calendar shows a small placeholder until a visitor taps it, so your pages load fast on a phone and set no cookies until then. The placeholder also links to your booking page on the provider's own site. See search, maps, videos and booking and forms and your Inbox.
Start from the site you have
Give Firetend your current website's address. The design agent reads it for your services, prices, locations, team and wording, so nothing is retyped. Choose Keep my look, make it much better to keep your colours, logo and feel, rebuilt properly; or show it up to three sites you like and up to five screenshots, for ideas only. No website yet? Describe the salon, who it's for and where.
In about five minutes you get a design brief, including facts to confirm (say, two different prices for the same cut on your old site), and a first look at the home page. Approve it and the full build takes 15 to 40 minutes. Then feedback rounds in plain words, and you publish on your own domain.
We don't have a salon to show you yet. The closest example is Fresh Minds Academy, a tutoring school in Richmond, BC and Singapore: the agent read their Google Sites website and built a 49-page site with 21 programme pages, 18 teacher profiles and their campuses. For a salon, that's services, stylists and locations. On PageSpeed Insights (mobile), its performance score went from 68 to 98.

Old URLs aren't redirected to new ones automatically yet; your own domain keeps working once connected. More in an AI website redesign.
Service pages, written from your facts
Most salon sites have one long price list. People search for one service at a time. Ask the content agent: "Add a service page for balayage. We do it at both salons, from $180, about three hours."
It first proposes: the search phrase, how many people search for it each month in your area (from real keyword data), the title, the outline and anything it still needs to know. Reply "go" and it writes in your voice, links the page to related services and the salons that offer it, checks it for search and AI-readiness and saves a draft. It only uses prices and durations you've given it; if one is missing, it asks. See service and location pages.
You can also edit anything yourself by clicking the text on the page, which never uses actions.
Pricing
| Starter | Growth | Agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $39 a month ($32 yearly) | $99 a month ($82 yearly) | $249 a month ($207 yearly) |
| Sites | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| AI actions a month | 150 | 500 | 1,200 |
A new service page or an article is about 10 actions, so Starter covers roughly 15 a month. Your booking tool's own subscription is separate. Every paid plan includes hosting, your own domain, the editor and the first AI build. No free trial; a 14-day money-back guarantee. See pricing.
Honest limits
- No booking system of its own, no deposits or payments, no client logins.
- No online shop for retail products.
- No drag-and-drop canvas: edit by clicking text, using forms, or asking the agents.
- Old URLs aren't redirected automatically yet.
- A new, small company, with an English interface (your site can be in other languages).
If you want booking, payments and your website in one product, salon software with a built-in site is the better fit. If you already have a booking tool and want a fast site whose service pages keep getting written and updated, start here.
FAQ
Does Firetend take bookings?
No. It embeds the booking tool you already use (Calendly, Acuity, SimplyBook and the like) on any page. Your bookings stay in that tool.
Can clients message us on WhatsApp?
Yes. Add your number and every page shows a WhatsApp button, with a link beside your phone number too. A location with its own number uses it on its page.
Will the agent make up prices?
No. It uses prices and durations from your current site or from you, and asks when one is missing. You approve every page before it goes live.
We have two salons. Does each get its own page?
Yes. Each gets a location page with address, hours, phone and map, and each service page lists the salons that offer it.
