Write an article
Have the content agent research a topic, propose a keyword and title, and write an article that's built to rank and be quoted.
An article takes two steps: the agent's proposal, then the article. Together they use 10 actions.
1. Ask for it
In the editor's agent panel, describe the article: the topic, and who it's for if you know.
Write an article on how often children should change their piano teacher. Our readers are parents in Singapore.
Name the country if you serve a particular one; search volumes and results differ by country.
2. Read the proposal
The agent researches before writing anything and replies with:
- The search phrase it would target, how many people search for it each month and how hard it is to rank for, checked against real search data.
- A title and meta description, with their lengths, sized to show in full on Google.
- An outline, based on what the pages that rank today cover, plus one thing they miss.
- Questions people ask about the topic, for a short FAQ.
- Facts it needs from you, if any.
3. Say go, or adjust
Reply go, or change the plan first ("Use 'piano lessons for kids' instead", "Leave out prices"). The agent then:
- Writes the article in your brand's voice, answering the main question at the top of the page and of each section, so assistants like ChatGPT can quote it.
- Links to the sources it used and to related pages on your site.
- Checks the title, description and structure, and test-builds the site.
- Saves it to your draft.
4. Review and publish
The new article appears in the preview and under Content → Articles. Read it, edit anything by clicking on it, and Publish when you're happy.
Tips
- One clear topic per article works better than a broad one.
- If your site already has a page on the same topic, the agent says so and suggests refreshing that page instead.
- Ask for a few topic ideas first if you're not sure what to write: "Suggest three article ideas for our site" uses 1 action.
